The accommodation here is truly exceptional with well-maintained, air conditioned units, an incredible location close to important tourist destinations, and a marvellous breakfast served by competent staff.

Property was exactly what we were looking for.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with magnificent views; good location in that entire establishment.

The location is good and excellent, in the restaurant also service is excellent. the stay for 2 nights was very comfortable. It's set in Ellis Bridge district not far from the restaurant, bakery during breakfast, and food selection.

The attitude of the staff and their overall "can do" attitude- nothing was too much trouble for them. Very courteous and helpful with good local advice on shopping and restaurants.

Free parking within the premises provided.

This place has a fantastic location close to the Shreyas Folk Museum, within a short walk to the train station, and the meals here are fantastic.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. Free airport shuttle.

Internet was not free. I had to pay to use it. When I checked in, there was no reservation for me, although I have a copy of the reservation with me. But they hotel staff were nice and they checked me in.

The room was decent sized and huge and the breakfast was amazing. The facilities such as an electric kettle, an air conditioning and an individual safe were available. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, for example, Shreyas Folk Museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Located in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were highly courteous...

It was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful.Room was most comfortable. Breakfast was included with a very varied menue. The restaurant staff seemed to be the most friendly and helpful.

I don't like the fact that at a nice hotel such as this they charge you for wi-fi, hourly. There is only private taxi transportation to the airport (belonging to the hotel) which cost quite alot. In this day and age it is expected to have hotel shuttles for the airport. Also, beware, in India they add on all sorts of taxes and luxury taxes beyond the basic price of the room (this is in all hotels, all price ranges)
